About this event

Offering a competitive benefits package might clinch the deal for your new employee.

There's no shortage of benefits an owner can offer their employees: health and dental are generally a given, but how about some less common perks, like tuition reimbursement, 401K, even gym memberships?

As with all things in running a business, untangling the world of employee benefits can be a full-time job in itself, but we have an HR professional ready to help sort through the noise so you can make the best decision for your business and team!

Plus, a special guest, Lisa Ouellette, Manager of Flex Benefits and Cobra at CSONE, will speak to us about a game-changing healthcare solution that lets employers reimburse employees for insurance rather than buy it for them!
